Week 11: Overview

Overview

This week you will learn more about the research process. The big takeaway, the research process is iterative. You continue to refine your sources every week. Your group's research question will shift as you find new sources. You are working on GCC's OneSearch and other library databases. Have you ever wondered how and why library books are organized?  It is not random. GCC Library and many public libraries use the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC).  This week, you locate a book or eBook in our library with OneSearch. The GCC Library is open Links to an external site. if you want to look through our book collection IRL.

By the end of this week you will be able to:

  • use GCC Library's OneSearch to find books and articles.
